A few days ago we accepted into our program an adorable little fellow named Snoopy. At only one year of age Snoops is still very much a puppy who would like to romp and play like other dogs. Alas, he suffers from severe hip dysplasia on both sides as well as an abnormal tarsus (the joint in the lower hind leg of a dog), all of which require orthopedic surgery.
